PROJECT DESCRIPTION:	URBANscapes was appointed as part of FIFA 2010 Legacy Project to provide all landscape architectural services from contextual planning, through detail design, specification, schedule of works and quantities and preliminary costing for budget purposes through to site inspection checks. URBANscapes was also appointed to compile an Urban Management Model and Plan to investigate the sustainability of the facility which includes Memorandums of Understanding and Agreements between the various key stakeholders as well as compling Joint Operations Plans. Business planning to achieve financial self – sustainability was a critical component of facility development and management.
